About these terms
thebaka.store is operated by The Baka Store (“BAKA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Bengaluru, India. These terms apply to everyone who browses the site or places an order with us.

Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please make sure the information you give us — name, address, phone and email — is accurate and up to date.

Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to show every product as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly between screens. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to limit order quantities.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or payment can’t be verified — and will refund any amount paid in full.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway partners. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details on our servers. Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched.

Shipping & delivery
We currently ship within India. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary by location. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations & refunds
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Intellectual property
The BAKA name, logo, designs, product photography and all content on this site belong to The Baka Store and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, place fraudulent orders, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
